Feminine chic meets coastal living in this glorious Boca Raton, Florida condo

This Boca Raton condominium exaggerates a feminine aesthetic and features breathtaking sea views

When Lauren Czarniecki, Principal Designer/Owner at Czar Interiors, first met her client, they both agreed that the space needed to be "bright and white", while still feeling comfortable and cozy.

“Her aesthetic has a very soft, feminine feel to it, so we decided to play up on those aspects and keep everything light and fresh,” said Czarniecki.

To achieve this, the team used subtle textures and tones to bring warmth to the white interior and emphasize the most important part of the space – the view.

The coastal-inspired primary bedroom, that features a Maya Romanoff wall-covering behind the bed, emulates the living room – a soft and inviting space to watch the ocean view. The natural light that streams in through the ocean view adds a bright and airy ambiance.

The outdoor entertaining space was designed to create an indoor/outdoor feeling, with an interior tile brought outside to the balcony and a Porcelanosa textured tile clad interior balcony wall. The Dedon furniture adds to the comfortable atmosphere.

“We wanted to create a space that was luxurious and comfortable, while still emphasizing the breathtaking view,” said Czarniecki. “We’re thrilled with the end result and the client loves it.”
